The best way to deal with this I found is to either uninstall the AMD Support driver version and use the one that Windows 11 supplies (if you don't use features in the Adrenalin Software) or alternatively use the "Show or hide updates" troubleshooter from Microsoft to prevent Windows Update from showing/downloading/installing that specific driver update (best overview including working direct link I found is this one - the link in "Download the wushowhide.diagcab file" ).
